About Me

Hello, I'm Rondine Blackman, the founder and CEO of EmpressDine's Creations. Born and raised in Barbados, I now call New York home. As a proud mother of two, I embarked on this entrepreneurial journey on March 10, 2021, driven by a personal need for stylish, comfortable, and durable bonnets that could accommodate my long locs.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I discovered my passion for sublimation and creating bonnets as a hobby, initially gifting them to friends and family. Encouraged by their support, I dedicated myself to mastering my craft and researching the market. After nearly a year, I confidently launched my online store.

As a full-time entrepreneur, I'm thrilled to pursue my passion for hair-related products and provide solutions for others seeking stylish, durable, and comfortable bonnets. My ultimate goal is to establish a beauty supply store that showcases my culture with pride and finesse.
